Your input, please

Today's post is short and sweet - a question.
Do you follow nutrition plan that works for you?  By works for you I mean - somewhat easy to implement, taste good and makes you feel good.
I, currently, do not.
Hence my question - I'm looking for suggestions, thoughts and maybe even some inspiration.

  1. I do Weight Watchers and that's helped me.

    The focus is on fruits and veggies, high fiber, low fat. Drink lots of water and exercise.

    Since August, I've lost 40 pounds :)

      I'm thinking of trying one of those B injection programs.
      Anybody else do it and have good results??
